Knocker's Sales

Well, we're almost near the end of May and alot of things have been going on.  I've been off for over a month due to rl, so I haven't been able to post as regularly as I normally do.  During the summer, I will have a bit more time so I'll try to at least do 1-3 posts a week, for the summer months.
For my first post back, I of course have the amazing creations from Knocker's to show off and I admit, Dita has been a busy bee!
Dita has come out with 3 amazing creations, including a group gift that is uber cute!  On top of creating these amazing outfits, she has also been really busy with creating a new skin line in her store, called Queenie Rae Skin line!

Knocking out the Hearts!

Happy Valentine's everyone!  I know, I'm a day late but I do hope everyone had a fabulous and magical day with their loved ones!
Now onto the fashion chatter.  Knocker's is once again out with a fabulous group gift, the In L.O.V.E Tunic Dress w/color change hud for 8 different colored hearts, which is perfect for the month of February.
While at the store, you know I had to browse and take a look at what else Dita has been up to, which yes, I did go shopping once again.  I found a really cute little dress that is retro, classic and really fun looking. The Retrolicious Rock Me Dress for only 150L comes w/color change hud for 8 different colored dresses, including multi colored versions. 
While putting this look together, I decided to dress it up a little more, with some great makeup I found over at Pink Fuel called Glossy Pout lips the pink pack.  The lashes I"m using here are the ones from FTL, which I admit are the only ones that I can ever seem to satisfactorily fit on my face.  To get the eyes to really stand out nicely, I used Ikon's newest Promise mesh eyes in Moor color and then finished it with the Magika hair that is on sale for 50L till the 18th.  **The Magika hair on sale right now is this years creations and it's the color hud #3 that is on sale only, since she updated the colors in that pack**
I added the Lazuri Royal Blush Valentine's Day Limited set, which was an amazing Valentine's gift that I received from two very special and dear friends.  I love you Southern and Tyra, you guys are the best!

Knocker's does the 1920's

The 1920's were a prosperous age, it was after WWI and many social and economic norms were relaxed.  People wanted to live, enjoy and thrive after the dark years of WWI and they did it in every aspect of their lives, from consumerism, music and fashion.  With this in mind, Knocker's creator Dita Lamour; has created a perfect vintage coat and matching cloche, that shows off the style of that era beautifully.
The Deco Dame coat and cloche, does not come with appliers but, I admit I fell in love with it way too much, not to show it off.  It's only 250L at the main store and more colors will be available in the near future for this wonderful outfit.
A little side note regarding the jewelry, I went to Dark Mouse to find the vintage jewelry I needed for this piece.   At Dark Mouse, I found the Vintage Victorian Locket and earrings set, for only 50L.  If you want to pick this piece up it can be found here.
Another little side note:  A big thank goes to the 1920's Berlin Project where the photo was taken.  It's an amazing sim and well worth the visit!

Hot Styles at the Hipster Fair

The Hipster Fair is in full swing now, with fashions and items from some of the most amazing designers around.  For my first visit to the fair (yes, I do intend to go a few times) I found Knocker's store.  As per her usual amazing talent, I feel in love with everything she had showing in her store and I do admit, it took me a little while to finally choose what I wanted to pick up, since I wanted it ALL!
The hipstah shorts in the funky style won out for me, since it's the one that my eyes just kept being drawn to the most.  It's a Hipster Fair exclusive, with several colors to choose from and priced at only 99L each, which does include black leggings in the package.  I paired them off with the super cute  Rough and Sweet Cardigan(appliers included), which can be found in the Bazaar area near the store for only 50L.  To finish off the look, I went with SSW Rockstar shoes which were also in the Bazaar area for only 15L.
While going through the fair, I found numerous dollarbies and gifts, the Blow up one though had me laughing, as I blew bubbles with their bubble blower.
Last but not least, I went with Knocker's Pucker up dress w/tango appliers included, pairing it up with the 9TY Dolly shoes to finish off the look.  The dress was priced at 150L and the shoes were only 25L.  While at the store, don't forget to pick up the Galaxy leggings, which are a hipster fair gift from Dita..they are colorful, fun and really cute for only 1L.

The Hipster Fair has more than 100 store of the best brands that are in SL, along with wonderful gifts in each store and gatcha machines with exclusive items made for this fair.  Located as well, in different areas; are the Bazaar areas where you will find some amazing deals by some of the different creators participating in the fair. Rockabilly Fashion Fair

I admit, I do love the Rockabilly style.  It's one that I find is hot looking and alot of fun to wear, so yes I am a fan of the style.  That being said, I'm also ecstatic that Flair for Events is going to be presenting the Rockabilly Fashion Fair this coming November.  It will start on the 3rd and go to the 23rd.  It's sponsors are all extremely well known names on the grid:  Sassy, Belleza, Ducknipple, Blueberry, Razor, Aux, Loulou & Co, Paper.doll, Ploom and NV Madworld.  There will be more than 100 designers showing up for this fair, with 2 items exclusively for the fair, 1 for women, 1 for the men.

Rocking the Cherry's

Ok, it's been a few days since I was able to post here, so I made sure it's a good one for today.  I'll start with Knocker's hot Dolly Bomb outfit, which is rocking to say the least.  You can go with either a bra look or a top look with this outfit, both looking hot and showing off the figure perfectly with it's retro influenced style.  It's available in 4 different colors, with the one I'm showing off here, called Dolly Bomb Cherry Version.

Rocking a Classic

There are some things that just cannot be topped and in fashion you have your classic pieces that no matter what, they stand out as being fashionable, chic, gorgeous and hot; no matter what other trends may be going on.  Nostalgic fashions seems to always stand the true test of time and Knockers is the perfect spot to find these amazing styles. 
Wandering into her store today, my eyes were drawn right away to her latest piece, the RockaBetty Pedal Pushers.  Truthfully, you cannot get a better classic outfit than this.  It's so versatile and works so well with so many other pieces; you are never really buying one outfit but giving yourself the ability to create tons of great looks with these pieces.  Looking at the price, I almost fainted because it's only 50L right now!  How many ways can I say I love you Dita?!
